CHEESE DIP 
1 lg. block reg. Velveeta
1 sm. block Mexican Velveeta
1/2 c. milk
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sausage (spicy is great)

Brown sausage and ground beef, drain fat. Cut up cheeses in cubes, put in saucepan with milk. Heat on low until cheese is melted. Add all ingredients together. Heat until warm. Serve with Nacho chips.
