LEMON CHICKEN 
2 1/2 - 3 lb. boneless chicken
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade, thawed
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. cold water

Coat chicken thoroughly. Brown chicken pieces in hot oil. Drain. Put chicken into crockpot. Stir together lemonade, brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar. Pour over chicken. Cover, cook on high heat 3 to 4 hours. Remove chicken, pour liquid into saucepan. Return chicken to cooker. Blend cold water into cornstarch, stir into hot liquid. Cook until thick. Serve chicken and sauce over hot rice.
