1 1/4 c. all purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 3 c. uncooked oats 3/4 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. white sugar 1 c. butter 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Nestle's butterscotch morsels Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl, combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside. In large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in oats and butterscotch morsels. Drop by level tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 7 to 8 minutes for chewier cookies; bake 9 to 10 minutes for crisper cookies. 4 dozen. |
