6 tbsp. Crisco
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Marshmallow (creamy jar)
Confectioners sugar

Cream 6 tablespoons Crisco, 1 cup milk, 1 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add 1 egg. Add 2 cups flour, 1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1 teaspoon salt. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 7 minutes at 425 degrees.

FILLING:

1 1/8 c. Crisco
1 1/8 c. confectioners sugar
9 tbsp. marshmallows
4 tsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat until smooth and fluffy, fill the pies to make them whoopie pies! Serves 10.
