JAM BAL AYA 
2 c. diced ham
1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. sausage, sliced
1 green pepper, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. dry white wine
3 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 c. rice

Saute onions, pepper, garlic and sausage in butter for 15 minutes. Add ham, wine, tomatoes and seasonings. Mix well. Bring to boil. Add rice gradually, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Add shrimp, simmer 5 more minutes.
