MEXICAN SPAGHETTI 
3 c. cooked spaghetti
1 c. grated cheese

MEXICAN SAUCE:

8 slices bacon, fried & crumbled
1/2 c. diced bell pepper
1/2 c. diced onions
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Saute onions, bell peppers in butter. Add other sauce ingredients and cook slowly one hour. Place a layer of spaghetti in large casserole, add a layer of sauce and a layer of cheese. Repeat until all is used. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
