CHICKEN SURPRISE 
6-8 chicken breast halves, skinned and deboned
6-8 slices bacon
1 (4 oz.) pkg. dried beef
2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
1 jar pimentos
2 (8 oz.) sour cream

Tear dried beef into small pieces and cover bottom of baking dish. Wrap chicken halves with bacon.

In separate bowl, mix soup, sour cream and pimentos. Pour over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake in 9x13 inch pan at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Remove foil last 1/2 hour.
