MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES 
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Roll ball the size of marbles and put on cookie sheet. Flatten by pressing with thumb. Bake in a 325 degree oven until light brown.

While hot, roll in powdered sugar. Roll again when cookies are cool. This rolling is important as they are not sweet unless rolled.
