PEACH PIE 
9" uncooked pie shell & pastry strips for top
3/4 c. sugar
Dash salt
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter
6 c. peaches

Combine sugar, salt, flour, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add this mix to the peaches and mix lightly. Fill the pie shell with the mixture. Dot with butter. Make lattice-top crust for pie. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
