PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
3 sq. baking chocolate
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. Karo syrup
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter, smooth or chunky

Boil all ingredients together, except the peanut butter, in a saucepan until they form a soft ball in cold water. Soft ball stage is when a drop or two of the liquid is dropped into very cold water and you are able to mold it between your fingers without it sticking to you.

Remove from heat at this stage and add the peanut butter all at once; beat until thick. Pour into a buttered 8 x 8 pan and chill.
