SARA'S NUTTY FRUIT CAKE 
FRUIT MIXTURE:

1 lb. candied cherries, cut up
1/2 box raisins
4 c. chopped pecans
12 oz. candied pineapple
3/4 c. flour

Mix together; set aside.

CAKE MIXTURE:

5 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
2 sticks butter, melted

Mix well.

Add:

1 c. flour
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tbsp. lemon flavoring

Mix with fruit mixture. Put in greased, floured tube pan. Cook 30 minutes at 300 degrees then turn to 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
