1 head Romaine lettuce
Bacon
Salt
Pepper

Firs t chop and wash lettuce; cook 3 slices of bacon, then add lettuce to skillet; cover and cook on medium heat for about 10 to 12 minutes; do not add water. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serves 3 to 4.
