1 c. non-dairy coffee creamer 3/4 c. confectioners sugar 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa 3/4 tsp. chocolate extract 1/2 tsp. pure mint extract Beat ingredients at low speed until blended thoroughly. Stir 1 to 2 teaspoons of mixture into hot coffee. Store remainder in airtight container. |
