2 c. flour
1 c. salt
4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 c. water
2 tbsp. cooking oil

Mix flour, salt, cream of tartar in pan. Add water and oil. Stir until lumps up. Cool and knead. if color is desired, add food coloring to water before mixing into flour mixture.
