PECAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
2 1/2 c. chicken, cooked 1 1/2 c. celery, chopped 3 tbsp. onions, minced 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1 sm. can mushrooms 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 bag potato chips Mix all ingredients except soup and potato chips, place in a 2 quart dish. Pour soup over mixture; top with crushed potato chips. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. |
