HERB GRILLED SALMON | |
3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 1 1/2 tsp. dill weed 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. grated lime peel 4 salmon steaks, 1 inch thick Line fire bowl of covered grill with foil. Combine parsley, dill weed, sugar, dry mustard, and lime peel. Rub evenly on both sides of salmon. Grease 4 sheets of foil large enough to wrap fish. Cook in covered grill over medium high, direct heat 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily. |
