CHERRY SURPRISES 
1/2 c. softened butter
1 3/4 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. orange juice
1 1/2 c. grated or flaked coconut
4 dozen maraschino cherries, well drained
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs

Beat butter, sugar, orange juice and coconut well. Blot cherries on paper toweling. Shape dough into 4 dozen balls. Press each ball around a cherry; roll in graham cracker crumbs. Store in covered container in refrigerator or freezer. Serve cold. Yield: 4 dozen.
