MAYONNAISED CHICKEN 
1 chicken, boiled & deboned

In 2 cups of hot broth, dissolve 2 packages of gelatin. Let cool. Mix in 2 cups of mayonnaise. Add chicken. 4 hard boiled eggs, grated 1 c. chopped pecans

Mix up and salt (can use garlic salt) to taste. Pour into large flat pyrex. Refrigerate. Cut into small squares to serve.
