SOUPERBURGUR ITALIANO 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1/3 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. mustard
1/3 c. water
6 buns
cheese slices

In skillet, brown ground beef and onion. Add soup, ketchup, mustard and water. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Stir. Spread mixture on 6 open-face toasted buttered buns; place strips of cheese on each. Broil until cheese melts. Makes 12.
