EASY CHOCOLATE MINT CAKE 
Make white cake mix adding 5 to 6 drops green food coloring and 2 teaspoons peppermint extract. Spread one jar hot fudge topping on top and between layers.

Frost with 12 ounce tub Cool Whip to which you have added 4 to 5 drops green food color and 1 to 2 teaspoons peppermint extract. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
