POPCORN MUNCH 
2 c. graham cracker cereal
2 c. sweetened wheat puff cereal
8 c. popped popcorn, unsalted

Mix cereals and popcorn in a 15 x 10 metal pan with sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes and break into pieces. this is a great diabetic recipe.
