ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 c. chopped artichokes, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Put mixture in a 8 x 8 inch casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Use "Triscuits" to dip in cheese mixture. P.S. Don't let using "artichokes" in this recipe dissuade you - even children love it!
