BROILED FILLETS MEXICALI | |
2 pounds skinless fish fillets 1 can chopped green chilis (4 oz.) 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. chili powder 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Cut fillets into serving size pieces and place in a single layer in well greased baking dish. Combine other ingredients and pour over fish. Broil about 4 inches from heat source for 5 minutes or until fish is opaque. Baste once with natural juices. Serves 6. |
