MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. minced onion flakes
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. chives
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix beef and crumbs together well. Chop onion flakes, milk, egg, chives, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in blender. Mix until there are no chunks of onions. HANDS WORK BEST TO REALLY MIX THESE MEATBALLS.

Mix well and bake on cookie sheets. Can be made ahead and frozen. Serve in a crockpot or hot dish with barbeque sauce below.

BARBEQUE SAUCE:

1 bottle barbeque sauce
1/3 can pineapple chunks
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Blend sauce, pineapple chunks, and sugar. Add meatballs. makes about 30 meatballs per pound of meat.
