BUTTER CANDY FUDGE 
1 egg
1/4 c. Eagle Brand milk
1 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar (4 c.)
1 c. nuts (optional)

Beat egg in pan. Add rest of ingredients, except sugar and nuts. Cook until melted. Add sugar and nuts. Place in buttered pan. Press down.
