CHOCOLATE MAYONNAISE CAKE 
1 pkg. devil's food cake mix
1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. water
3 eggs

Spray 2 (9") layer cake pans with cooking spray. In large bowl with mixer at low speed, blend all ingredients for 30 seconds. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pans and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched in center. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove and cool on wire racks. Frost.

BUTTERCREAM FROSTING:

6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
2 2/3 c. confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter in small mixer bowl, add cocoa and confectioners' sugar alternately with milk. Beat to spreading consistency. Blend in vanilla.
