1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. water
3 eggs

Grease and flour cake pan. In large bowl with mixer at low speed blend all ingredients, beat 30 seconds at medium speed. Pour into prepared greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
