NO FAT OATMEAL COOKIES 
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1 egg white
1/2 c. non-fat yogurt or sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. flour
2 c. oats
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat sugars, molasses, egg white, yogurt/sour cream and vanilla. Stir in all dry ingredients just until well blended. Drop heaping teaspoons on brown paper bag lined cookie sheets. Bake 350 degrees 10-12 minutes. Remove while still warm. Good!
