1/2 lb. butter
5 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
3 bars German chocolate
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1 (13 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 lb. chopped walnuts

Combine butter, sugar and milk and boil for 5 minutes. Shave chocolate and combine the other ingredients in a bowl. Pour boiling mixture over other ingredients and stir until chocolate is melted. Spread in a 9"x13" pan greased with butter.
