CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head cauliflower, cut into bite size
1 sm. carrot
1 tsp. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Over cauliflower buds, shred carrot and onion. Add salt. Mix with mayonnaise. Cut up cream cheese into small pieces and fold in gradually, so it does not stick together. Cover. Refrigerate overnight. Mix before serving.
