CHICKEN DIVAN 
6 to 8 chicken breasts
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. curry powder or to taste
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained well
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Boil chicken in water approximately 20 minutes until done. Cool. Remove skin and bones and break meat into bite size pieces. Cook and drain broccoli. Place 1 tablespoon of butter on bottom of oven proof dish. Grease well. Arrange cooked broccoli to cover bottom of entire dish. Place chicken pieces on top of broccoli. Mix chicken soup with curry and lemon and mayonnaise. Spread over chicken. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
