DEVILED EGGS 
6 eggs, hard boiled
1 tsp. mustard
Dash of salt
Drop or 2 of vinegar

Boil 6 eggs until hard. Peel off shell and cut into halves. Take out the yolks and mash. Add 1 teaspoon mustard, a dash of salt, and enough vinegar to make a paste. Put mixture back in egg whites and serve on a garnish of lettuce leaves.
