CURRY DIP FOR VEGGIES 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. turmeric
2 tbsp. curry powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. minced, fresh parsley (optional)

Blend in order listed. Let set in refrigerator for awhile before serving. Make sticks or strips of green peppers, celery, and carrots. Cut cauliflower and broccoli into flowerets. Cut rutabagas into slices.
