2 pkg. lime Jello
2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 can (16 oz.) crushed pineapple (juice & all)
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix Jello and hot water. When Jello is dissolved add ice cream, stir until melted. Then add all other ingredients and place in covered container and allow to congeal in refrigerator overnight. Serves 8-10 people.
