SAUSAGE BALLS 
3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. sausage
1 (12 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese

Brown and drain sausage. Melt cheese in pan large enough to hold all ingredients. Mix in Bisquick. Work in sausage meat. Roll into balls (about 1 inch). Makes about 100 balls. Bake in 400 degree oven for 12 minutes.
