BLUEBERRY - SAUSAGE COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 lb. sausage, cooked & drained
1 c. blueberries

BLUEBERRY SAUCE:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
2 c. blueberries
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

In large bowl, beat butter until fluffy. Add sugars and beat until combined. Add eggs, one at a time, beating 1 minute after each one. Add flour, baking powder and soda and sour cream, beating until just combined. Fold in sausage and berries. Pour batter in ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with Blueberry Sauce.

SAUCE: Add sugar, cornstarch, water and blueberries. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Add lemon juice. Cool slightly.
