BAR-B-QUED CHUCK ROAST 
1 (6 oz.) chuck roast
1/2 c. wine
1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Bar-b-que sauce (for grilling)

With fork, make holes in roast. In quart jar mix marinade ingredients and shake. Put roast in gallon sized zip-lock bag with marinade. The longer you marinate, the more tender the roast. You can marinate the roast for as long as a week in the refrigerator if you wish.
