2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cold water

Sift together all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Make a deep well in the center and add mayonnaise and cold water. beat until smooth and glossy. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
