FRENCH SILK CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 pie crust, baked
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
3/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
Vanilla
Whipped cream
Chocolate curls

Melt chocolate and cool. In large bowl, cream butter; add sugar and beat until light. Blend in chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating 5 minutes at medium speed after each egg. Pour into pie shell. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
