GERMAN PANCAKES 
6 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk

Beat together. If mixture is pale yellow, mix another egg with batter.

1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
2 to 3 c. flour

Have your frying pan hot. Put a little oil in pan. Brown on both sides. Pancakes will be thin. Serve rolled up with butter and sugar.
