GERMAN PERFECTION SALAD 
2 pkg. mixed vegetable flavored Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. vinegar
12 to 15 ice cubes
6 or 7 green onions, snipped
2 c. sauerkraut
1 pimento

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add vinegar and ice cubes. Stir until thick and remove any cubes. Add vegetables. Chill until set.

NOTE: Garnish with carrot curls and ripe olives. Serve with a horseradish dressing.
