BRISKET OF BEEF 
Brisket of beef
Onion
Garlic powder
1 bottle or can of beer

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place brisket in very large piece of heavy duty foil. Slice onion on top of meat. Sprinkle with generous amount of garlic powder. Pour beer over brisket. Seal foil around beef and beer. Reduce oven heat to 325 degrees and place brisket in oven immediately. Bake 3-4 hours. Slice on the diagonal.
