MOTHER'S PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Nuts (optional)

Cook sugar and milk to soft ball stage (240 degrees). Add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir well. Spread in 8x8 pan. Refrigerate.

My mother made this with a special friend every Christmas.
