PORK ROAST 
Boneless fresh ham
Adobo powder (Durkee)

MARINADE:

1 tbsp. adobo
2 tbsp. oil
4 lemon juice

For every two pounds of pork.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place meat on rack in an oven roaster, cover with foil paper like a tent, cook 30 minutes per pound. Last 2 hours of cooking remove foil tent so the meat browns well. Baste once in a while with marinade. Let the meat cool before slicing. Use the rest of the marinade over the sliced meat to heat before serving.
