CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 whole chicken OR 2 full chicken breasts, cooked, boned and cut up 1 1/2 cans cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. milk 1 (7 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing 1 stick butter 3/4 c. chicken broth 1/2 pt. sour cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup Mix all above except mushroom soup and sour cream. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Mix together mushroom soup and sour cream and pour over chicken and bake another 15 minutes. |
