2 1/2 c. self rising flour
2 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. molasses
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar

Mix all together and pour in 3 round cake pans very thin. Bake 25 minutes. Use homemade apple butter to spread between layers and on top of cake.
