RUM CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. oil 2 tsp. sour cream 4 eggs 1/2 c. rum 1 c. chopped nuts 1 c. mini chocolate morsels Grease and flour tube pan; mix all ingredients (except nuts and chocolate bits) for about 4 minutes until fluffy. Add bits and nuts. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool 1/2 hour. Remove from pan. If desired, dribble with frosting. Brandy or whiskey may be substituted for rum. |
