TEXAS CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix above ingredients by hand. Combine 2 sticks butter, 4 tablespoons cocoa and 1 cup water in saucepan and bring to a rolling boil. Pour hot mixture into batter mixture. Stir until well blended. Pour into greased jelly roll pan (15 x 10 x 2 inches). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. (Can use 9 x 13 inch pan, but must bake longer).

ICING:

2 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cocoa, butter and milk in saucepan and bring to boil. Mix in sugar, nuts and vanilla. Pour on cake while hot.
