CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 box chicken flavored Stove Top stuffing
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Melt butter, blend in flour and seasonings. Add chicken stock. Cook, stirring until thickened. Stir in mushroom soup, chicken and stuffing. Cook egg noodles according to directions and drain. Combine noodles with chicken mixture and top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes or until mixture bubbles.
