1 box Swiss dry soup mix, Knorr
3 green onions
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, must be thawed and drained - no moisture

Mix together and refrigerate. Is wonderful served in bread bowl. Use to dip carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, Wheat Thins, etc.
